The Open Jump is available for all ages (over 1’s) but under 5’s need a supervising adult on a 1-2-1 basis for health and safety reasons.

We have Junior Jump available for children aged under 5 (1 Year to 4 Years) (Accompanied by an adult on a 1-2-2 basis) on the weekdays (Monday, Thursday & Friday during term time) from 11am- 3pm.

The adult is included in the price with the junior tickets. If you do want to add an extra adult to play, the price for extra adult is £4 for the junior sessions. If the adult is only there to spectate, then they do not need to pay.
If the adult is only there to spectate then no they do not need to pay. If the adult wants to participate then they would need to purchase an "open jump ages 5+" ticket and ensure they have trampoline grip socks. *Please note that if you are bringing an under 5 to an open jump session and would like to add on an extra adult, then you need to purchase an "open jump ages 5+" ticket to participate.*
Everyone that enters our trampoline park must wear suitable trampoline grip socks for health and safety measures. If you already have your own grip socks we will check them to ensure they are suitable for our health and safety requirement, if they are not you will be required to purchase Jump N Joy grip socks.
You can book in person at our Trampoline Park but it is best advised to book online to reserve your preferred time or you can give us a call on 01259215576 to reserve the desired space for you.
This allows us to check your waiver, ask you our Covid safety questions and talk about the safety rules at Jump’N’Joy, check whether you watched the video(if not, you need to watch it before you can play).
Due to food safety and the control of allergens within the park only food & drinks purchased in the park can be consumed in the park.

We do allow birthday cakes, however this is only for the use within the designated party room for booked parties only.

Yes you can although we do strongly recommend to book and pay for your slot before turning up. We can get extremely busy at the weekends and school holidays and we do not want to disappoint anyone if you turn up to a full session and we couldn’t accommodate you.
There is no restrictions about the face masks but our staff will be wearing them where its applicable.

There is no limit on how many we can accommodate to play and sit in the café area(the capacity of the park is changed to what it was before Covid)

We will still advise parents to drop off and pick their kids up for parties depending on the numbers on the park and how busy it is in the café area.

These changes do not mean that the virus is gone and we do expect everyone to be mindful of these rules and respect the other groups.

The minimum physical requirement is "to be able to walk and land on 2 feet unaidedly". Trampolining is an extreme sport and the risks are high. If you can't walk unaidedly then we can not let you play in our open sessions(disco sessions are also open sessions). The junior sessions and the ASN sessions quieter and less risky. Duty manager's decision is final on who gets on to play on which session.
If your child is 13 years old or older and as long he/she has a signed waiver, yes you can. If your child is between the age of 5-13 then you do not need to participate but you do need to be in the park as they are not old enough to be left on their own. If your child is under 5 years of age, then you DO need to also participate in the play area with them as they are not old enough to understand the rules of the play and the risks that are involved in playing in a trampoline park and an urban playground. Jump'N'Joy is NOT a care facility, we are a trampoline park and an urban playground and we(our staff) are there to make sure everyone plays safely in a fun environment.
No. We can't allow anyone onto the play area if they are pregnant simply because trampolining is an extreme sport and the risk is far too high.
No. Babies are strictly not allowed to be on the play area, simply because of the nature of trampolining. Trampolining is an extreme sport and the risks are far too high, especially at the open jump sessions. If you have any more queries regarding this, please give us a call on 01259215576, we will be happy to discuss n further detail.
